At Sequro Travel, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all services including bus, hotel and flight bookings.

1. General Refund Rules

• Payment deducted but booking fails
• Service cancelled within allowed cancellation window
• Duplicate transaction charged
• Technical error from system or gateway
• Service provider cancels the booking

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

2. Bus / Ticket Booking Refund

• Refund depends on bus operator’s cancellation policy
• Partial refunds may apply based on timing
• No refund after departure time
• Convenience and payment gateway charges are non-refundable

2. Hotel Booking Refund

• Free cancellation depends on individual hotel policy
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund
• No-show cases may attract 100% cancellation charges

3. Flight (Air Ticket) Booking Refund

• Refund depends on airline fare rules
• Some tickets are fully non-refundable
• Airline cancellation charges apply
• If airline cancels flight, full refund will be processed
• Service and convenience fees are non-refundable

4. Travel Insurance Refund

• Refund subject to insurance company policy
• Unused policies cancelled within permitted period may get partial refund
